Page Layout is the most important part of the website user interface. For example, A Website designer may fix the height and width of website page layout for all different pages .Page width is very useful to align an object on the web page. Web page width can be defined in Pixels, percentage, cm, inches. Most of the fixed width layout website is center-aligned according to the monitor resolutions. Fluid page layout was popular around 2000 because it was an alternative of HTML-based layout. Well, a design can be broken down into units such as sidebars, content blocks, and navigation areas, embedded advertising; these are sent to the browser and then will be filled into the display windows browser. There are several problem to design a web page layout .This is due to consideration of screen reading devices and windows changes in different sizes. There are two property of fixing a web page layout first is relative and second in absolute. In absolute property designers can give the absolute positioning values it can work for many measurements such as pixels, cm, percentage etc.

Another property is relative, is used to show blocks one by one.

Web designer can choose the functionality and variety ofwebsite interface design which are similar to the same design. Most of the web browsers support a specific type of fonts and design, which designers mainly use. Font downloading system has launched later in CSS3, It is implemented in Safari 3.1, opera 10 and Mozilla Firefox 3.5. This procedure has increased in web typography, font downloading as well. 

A Web user interface can be affected by motion graphic. The use of motion graphic depends on the market scope. A highly animated website is not as useful as a normal content based website. Motion graphic related to the different type of media such as video, flash, animation etc.
